Our international client wanted to develop a good drainage network system in their port terminal. We had to calculate estimated rain fall, discharge volume, plan the catchment area, design of subsidiary drains and main drains, drain flow, bed levels and main outlets. We also had to carefully consider the back flow of water at Highest High Water Level HHWL. We are pleased that this drainage system was already constructed as we designed and there would be no fears of flooding due to heavy rain fall during monsoon season in Myanmar. |
